Schedule flexibility into your plans. Give yourself enough time to complete a goal even if something unexpected arises. If nothing happens to slow down your progress, you’ll complete your goal early. There’s nothing wrong with that, but if you give yourself room to bend, you can stay on target without feeling like you’ve fallen behind—come what may.
